ATHAR grew from creating and operating businesses rather than from managing a pool of capital.

Our experience across hospitality, real estate and technology has shaped a simple view: some of the most interesting opportunities exist where physical assets, operating businesses and technology reinforce each other.

We approach opportunities as owners and operators. We look at the underlying asset, how it earns, how customers interact with it, where operational friction exists, and where technology or a different business model can create additional value.
